In a planted aquarium, the nutrients in tap water may not be sufficient and plant growth may be stunted. Growise Microelements is a complete fertilizer for aquarium and terrarium containing iron, manganese, zinc, boron and molybdenum. The fertiliser is chemically stabilised (chelated) many times, which makes all its components available to plants for a long time.
Microelements are elements which do not exceed 0.1% of the weight of the plant. Their amount in the tank should be smaller than that of macro elements, but also properly balanced. A lack of any of the elements may disrupt the internal plant economy, resulting in stunted growth or even an unnatural appearance. The composition of our micronutrients in combination with suitable chelators extends the time of availability of each element and helps in their assimilation by plants, which results in ideal appearance and colour of plants. It is advisable to dose the trace elements moderately in tanks without supplying CO2 in gaseous form.
