Arcadia Reptile LampGuardPro is a terrarium fluorescent lamp cover that protects both the animals and the UV lamps themselves from mechanical damage.

This easy-to-use cover provides highly effective protection while maintaining maximum UV levels. The excellent performance has been achieved through a combination of the appropriate size and shape of the meshes in the mesh and the use of a thick coating that reflects a large amount of light. As a result, the mesh provides high light transmission and the animals receive the necessary radiation. Most of the coatings used so far on lamp guards reduce light transmission by up to 40% over time compared to the new product. LampGuardPro retains about 15% of the total light energy and this value remains quite stable over time.

LampGuardPro covers require only four screws to secure them around the lamp. Thanks to the hinges on both sides, replacing the bulb is even easier than before. Only 2 screws need to be unscrewed to swivel the cover and replace the fluorescent lamp. The double-sided hinges allow convenient servicing no matter which way you mount the lamp in the terrarium.

The Arcadia Reptile cover is fully rustproof and has been fitted with several places through which you can insert the cable into the lamp. By using a cover for the fluorescent lamp, you not only protect the animals from burns resulting from contact with the lamp, but also protect the lamp itself from damage by active animals.
