Exo Terra Forest Bark – tropical terrarium substrate

Exo Terra Forest Bark is a natural terrarium substrate for reptiles from humid environments. In the composition of the mix you will find Douglas fir bark with a fine fraction. The Forest Bark substrate naturally regulates the humidity in the terrarium by absorbing and slowly releasing moisture. It is very light and airy.

Directions for use:
Spread a layer several centimetres thick on the bottom of the terrarium. Water or spray the Exo Terra Forest Bark substrate depending on the required moisture level. Place a heating cable or heating mat under the terrarium to significantly increase the humidity.
