HabiStat Amazon Sinking Clay Ball Filtration Substrate has been designed to be used with HabiStat Jungle Bio, creating a natural filtration system in a bio-active setup.
When combined with HabiStat Jungle Bio, these two substrates create a natural filtration system for your terrarium. Unlike other similar products, these clay balls sink, allowing the substrate to be moistened from underneath. This makes the substrate suitable for use in aquatic environments as well.
With its long-lasting performance and ease of cleaning, it is the ideal solution for biological filters in aquariums and terrariums for fish and turtles.
It is also suitable for any tropical terrarium as part of the substrate for such environments.
HabiStat substrates are packed in 100% recyclable and biodegradable paper bags.
Directions for Use:
Thoroughly rinse the clay balls under running water until the water runs clear. Then, pour them into the bottom of the terrarium to create the base layer for your bio-active setup. Use in conjunction with HabiStat Jungle Bio.
