We deliver our goods all over Europe. Plants are only sent to the countries of the European Union together with the required plant passport proving their origin and health. Shipments requiring fast transit are shipped Monday through Wednesday.* This makes us sure that they are transported as quickly as possible to keep them in perfect condition. Other orders with no live content will be sent every day from Monday to Friday.The delivery time depends on the country to which we deliver the shipment.

The cost of transport is calculated based on your location and the content of your shipment.

Shipping during winter ❄️
Living in Europe we have to be prepared for low temperatures for at least several months of the year. With a view to supplying plants and animals with food at low temperatures, we have developed a way to protect packages from their impact. In the winter months, we pack live goods in a polystyrene box and put a heating insert inside the box. A parcel prepared in this way is secured for the time of travel from our warehouse to your home.
For the winter shipment you have to add 5€ to the price of regular shipping.
Complaints and returns in a nutshell 📦
Our shipments are sealed with a company tape with the OrangeFrog.store logo on it. If the tape is damaged, check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier. If the box is missing the ordered goods, write a receipt with the courier and contact us. Our shipments are insured, so you will receive compensation from us.
If after opening the package it turned out that the ordered goods are damaged or incomplete – take photos of the damage, describe the problem and send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you as soon as possible and propose the most advantageous solution.
According to the law you have 14 days to return unused goods without giving any reason. However, we hope that your purchases will be thought through and you will only order what you really need. Remember that by sending the goods back you expose the environment to pollution.
