What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the package and the selected carrier. The shipping price is also determined by the country to which we send your order. When placing an order, the shipping cost is calculated based on the items in your shopping cart. Go to your shopping cart, select the form of delivery you want and check the final price before you place your order.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

In our webshop, we only accept payments through proven platforms such as PayPal and PayU. You can pay either by making a quick transfer or using a card.

How long will delivery take?

We know that time is important, so we send our orders within 24 hours! The time the shipment will spend on the road depends on the form of delivery you choose. For the most demanding customers and shipments requiring express delivery, we have implemented the DHL Express air delivery service, which allows you to receive your shipment within the European Union on the next working day.

We only ship parcels with live plants and food insects from Monday to Wednesday.
