Exo Terra – Digital thermometer

The Exo Terra Digital Thermometer is equipped with a sensor on a cable for accurate measurement.
This precision instrument stores the lowest and highest temperature readings, which can be checked at the touch of a button. The sensor is held in place with a suction cup, and the thermometer itself can be mounted with a Velcro fastener (included) or simply slipped into the dedicated space on the Exo Terra Compact Top.

As ectothermic animals, reptiles use ambient heat to maintain an optimal body temperature. Ensuring a species-appropriate temperature gradient and humidity level in the terrarium is essential to keep reptiles and amphibians alive and well. With Exo Terra’s monitoring devices, the temperature and humidity levels in the terrarium can be monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By monitoring the conditions regularly, we can faithfully reproduce the conditions found in the natural environment.
