Exo Terra Rain Forest – tropical terrarium substrate

Exo Terra Rain Forest is a natural terrarium substrate for reptiles from humid environments. In the mix you will find pine bark and Sphagnum moss. Rain Forest substrate naturally regulates the humidity in the terrarium by absorbing and slowly releasing moisture. Its hygroscopic properties are maximised by adding natural peat moss to the mix.

Directions for use:
Spread a layer a few centimetres thick on the bottom of the terrarium. Water or spray the Exo Terra Rain Forest substrate depending on the required moisture level. Place a heating cable or heating mat under the terrarium to significantly increase the air humidity.

Manufactured in the EU – a mixture of pine bark (Pinus pinaster – country of origin Portugal) and peat moss (Sphagnum magellanicum – country of origin Chile).
