Frog terrarium – Exo Terra Frog

The Exo Terra Frog Terrarium is a tank designed for the breeding and keeping frogs, newts and other animals requiring a humid environment. It will work well with bioactive arrangements with live plants.

The wide, single door does not restrict visibility during observation and provides easy access to the interior during daily maintenance. The door is equipped with a lock that is released by pressing a button, minimising the risk of unwanted opening. In addition, an optional lock can be fitted as an extra security measure.

The specially designed lid has a glass panel on the front to ensure maximum light penetration into the terrarium. The back of the cover has a fine mesh panel, which ensures optimum airflow and dissipation of excess heat, which can be generated by the powerful lighting needed for plant growth. The clever design of the cover allows for the insertion of cables and sensors for additional accessories through 4 secure, self-closing holes, as well as the direct installation of nozzles for the Exo Terra Monsoon sprinkler system. The lid can be opened completely thanks to the robust hinges. It is also equipped with a one-button release lock.

A special ventilation strip has been fitted under the door, which provides excellent air flow to prevent condensation on the front glass even in very humid environments. The bottom is equipped with an integrated drain, which helps to easily replace water if your arrangement includes a water section or to drain excess water from the drainage layer.
